Kumon Institute of Education Co., Ltd, Public Relations’ Global Network Team will hold a new ONLINE event named English Immersion Weekends (EIW) for 6th grade Japanese elementary school students. We are looking for past EIC Camp Leaders who are enthusiastic and interested in carrying out the responsibilities of Group Leaders (11 positions) for this new event.

EIW Training and Program schedule

The EIW program is designed based on the same Growth Journey mindset as the EIC program, including several of EIC’s signature activities like “Wonderland” and “Explore the World” (also known as “Traveling around the World”). Moreover, taking advantage of the Online platform, virtual cultural exchange activities are also added into EIW’s program.

Once selected as a Group Leader for EIW, it is mandatory for you participate in the training and program schedule as follows. Both the Training and EIW program take place on weekends. 

*Group Leaders who are selected to be the leader-in-charge for “Explore the World” acitivity will be asked to complete extra tasks
in preparation for activity contents.

For Group Leaders selected to be leader-in-charge for “Explore the World” activity, GNT will support you with the planning & brainstorming for this activity. GNT will bear additional expenses used for preparing this activity. The budget limit will be conveyed to the GL-in-charge once the number of participants is finalized.

Reward and appreciation

Upon completion of the EIW, Group Leaders will be provided with:
1. A certificate of participation
2. Token of appreciation of 37,400 yen. (For those residing outside Japan, GNT will consult with you regarding appreciation fee transfer to overseas bank accounts.)
