Information from EIC 15th anniversary event for Committee Members / EIC 15th anniversary event for Committee Membersよりお知らせ

When we announced about the recruitment of committee members for the EIC’s 15th anniversary event, we received applications from 21 EIC past participants including camp leaders. In the application the applicants were asked the reasons why they want to become committee members, here is what some of them wrote; “I want to make the event together!” “I didn’t have time to use English after the camp. I want to use English in the event. “”I want to learn how to make the event” “KUMON gave me a lot, now I want to give something!” Finally 10 EIC participants from the first grade of junior high school to the second grade of high school plus 5 camp leaders were selected as committee members for the EIC’s 15th Anniversary even. In order to prepare for the EIC’s 15th Anniversary event we will be having committee members meeting once a month to continue to discuss further on how we can make great 15th Anniversary event. 

EIC15周年記念イベントを企画する際に、参加者募集に先駆け首都圏在住の方からイベントの運営を手伝ってくれる人を募集しました。「イベントを一緒に作りたい。」「キャンプが終わってから英語を使う機会がなかなかなかった。この機会にまた英語を使いたい！」「運営している人たちのことを今度は知りたい。」「公文にお世話になったから、今度は何か恩返しがしたい。」など、21名(キャンプリーダーを含む）もの気持ちのこもった応募がありました。その中から中学1年生から高校2年生まで10名のメンバー、キャンプリーダー5名が選ばれました。毎月1回のミーティングを行いながらCommittee Members (CM)がEIC15周年を盛り上げていきますので、どうぞよろしくお願いします！
