Message from GNT Leader (Enoki san)
Dear GNT Family,
Thank you for your continued support of our team’s activities.
The 5th GNI, which I have been talking about in this message, ended on Saturday, March 22.
Thank you very much to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to attend.
I would also like to thank all of you who helped with the preparation of presentations and other activities to facilitate the meeting.
This was the first time for me to participate in GNI, but I think it was a very good opportunity for me. Many of the participants seemed to be inspired by the elementary school students who participated in the camp, who tried their best to talk about their recent experiences in English.
Many were also impressed by former Camp Leader Magda’s presentation about water.
And seeing all of the alumni who worked hard at Kumon as children and participated in the immersion camps, and are now working as fine adults, many of the children really aspired to be like them, saying, “I want to be like them, too! I think there were many children who were really longing to be like them.
Although the program lasted only three hours, the participants’ initiative and support made it a memorable day.
I felt like I wanted to tell more people about this wonderful group of people, not only those who are involved in the Global Network Team.In fact, after the conference was over, one of the parents said, “I wish my son’s older brother could have heard about this program.
As the leader of this team, I would like to make more use of this wonderful network! As a leader of this team, I would like to make more use of this wonderful network! With this event over, the activities of the Global Network team for FY2024 are almost complete. This year, we challenged ourselves in many different ways and met many different people. And we have learned a lot of things.
We look forward to working together with you to realize even better activities in FY2025. Thank you very much for your continued support.

いつも当チームの活動を応援して下さり有難うございます。
このメッセージでもずっと取り上げていた3月22日（土）第5回GNIが終了しました。お忙しい中お集まりいただいた皆様、本当に有難うございました。
また、会の進行のために発表のご準備などご協力いただいた皆様、本当にありがとございました。
私自身は、GNIに参加することは初めてでしたが、手前味噌ですがとても良い場だったと思います。キャンプに参加してくれた小学生が、一生懸命ご自身の最近の様子を英語でお話管ある様子に刺激を受けた方は多かったと思います。また元Camp LeaderのMagdaさんが堂々と、水のことについてプレゼンテーションを行っている様子に感動した方も多かったと思います。
そして、子どもの頃に公文を頑張り、イマージョンキャンプにも参加してくれてOB,OGの皆様が今、立派な社会人になろうとしている様子を見て、「僕も、私もあんな風になりたい！」とあこがれた子どもたちは本当に多かったと思います。３時間のプログラムでしたが、参加者の皆様の自主性、応援によって思い出深い１日となりました。
私自身は、こんなに素晴らしい皆様を、グローバルネットワークチームに関わる人のみならず、もっと色んな人々に伝えていきたい気持ちになりました。実際に会議が終わった後にごお聞きしても「参加している息子の兄にも聞かせてたかった」という風に仰っている保護者の方もおられました。
このチームのリーダーとして、この素晴らしいネットワークのもっと活用していきたい！と強く思える一日となりました。
このイベントが終わったことで、２０２４年度のグローバルネットワークチームの活動はほぼ終了したことになります。今年度は色んなことに挑戦して、色んな方と出会うことが出来ました。そして色んな学びを得ることが出来ました。
２０２５年度もより良い活動を皆様と共に実現していきたいと思います。

This time I couldn’t attain for the program, because it’s little bit far away from my location. I live in Shizuoka. If you can please arrange some camp activities around Nagoya, Shizuoka area🙇♀️This is just a suggestion.
